Rosso e Bianco
The Challenge
Rosso e Bianco is an Italian restaurant rooted in its neighborhood. Good food, loyal customers, but stagnating footfall and a blurred positioning against growing competition. The venue's image — menu, storefront, social media, decor — lacked coherence.
The restaurant had no website, near-zero social media presence, and outdated print materials. In a sector where visuals are the first trigger (food photos, venue ambiance, Google rating), every touchpoint mattered.
The challenge: orchestrate a complete renewal — from branding to interior design — to transform a good restaurant into a destination.

We started with a comprehensive study of the sector and competition: who's performing in the area, what visual codes work for Italian restaurants, which digital levers are underused.
The new art direction permeated all touchpoints: visual identity, menus, cards, signage, and most importantly a social media launch with a consistent editorial line — polished food photos, regular stories, community engagement. The website completed the system.
But the project went beyond digital: we guided the interior renovation in line with the new identity. Present during the works to ensure every choice — colors, furniture, lighting — served the same vision.
